The operation automatically generates the buyback voucher with the calculation of taxes (TPV, CRDS) and allows you to proceed with the payment to the seller directly from the interface.\n  <\/p>\n<p>  <!-- PR\u00c9REQUIS --><\/p>\n<div class=\"tuto-prerequisites\">\n    <strong>Before you begin, make sure you have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Being connected to <strong>Jewely Retail<\/strong> with an administrator or seller account<\/li>\n<li>To have a <strong>existing consignment shop<\/strong> saved in the Purchases module<\/li>\n<li>Know which item you wish to buy back<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<p>  <!-- \u00c9TAPE 1 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"tuto-step\">\n<div class=\"step-header\">\n      <span class=\"step-number\">1<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"step-title\">Access the shopping list<\/h2>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>\n      From the Jewely Retail dashboard, click on the menu <strong>PURCHASES<\/strong> in the navigation bar at the top of the screen. Each line shows the date, supplier (seller), brand, type, and amount. Locate the column <strong>New\/Used<\/strong> Consignment shops are identified by a green badge <strong>Consignment shop<\/strong> next to the orange badge <strong>Occasion<\/strong>.\n    <\/p>\n<p>\n      In our example, we will transform the consignment shop of <strong>Patrick MERLE<\/strong> for a watch <strong>AUDEMARS PIGUET<\/strong> in the amount of <strong>30 000,00 \u20ac<\/strong>. You will find the following information there:\n    <\/p>\n<p>\n      On the left, the name of the <strong>Seller<\/strong> (here Patrick MERLE) and the <strong>Related documents<\/strong> (the initial consignment contract). On the right, the table <strong>Product details<\/strong> with the brand, the reference (<strong>AUDEMARS PIGUET 15550ST.OO.1356ST.06<\/strong>), the description, and the price excluding VAT (<strong>30 000,00 \u20ac<\/strong>).\n    <\/p>\n<p>\n      In the top right corner of the table, you will see the blue button <strong>Redeem<\/strong>. Items not selected will remain on consignment.\n    <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>  <!-- \u00c9TAPE 5 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"tuto-step\">\n<div class=\"step-header\">\n      <span class=\"step-number\">5<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"step-title\">Check the summary and confirm the purchase<\/h2>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>\n      A confirmation window <strong>Redemption<\/strong> This displays a complete summary of the operation. You will find the following information there:\n    <\/p>\n<p>\n      The description of the item (<strong>AUDEMARS PIGUET Royal Oak Selfwinding Watches<\/strong>), THE <strong>Purchase price<\/strong> of \u20ac30,000.00, as well as a breakdown of the automatically calculated taxes: <strong>POS terminal (6 %)<\/strong> = 1 800,00 \u20ac, <strong>CRDS (0.5 %)<\/strong> = \u20ac150.00, or one <strong>Total taxes (6.5 %)<\/strong> of \u20ac1,950.00 and a <strong>Cost price (CP)<\/strong> of \u20ac31,950.00.\n    <\/p>\n<p>\n      If everything is correct, click the button. <strong>To validate<\/strong> to confirm the acquisition.\n    <\/p>\n<p>    <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"step-img\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jewely.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/depot-vente-en-rachat-etape5-confirmation-rachat.webp\" alt=\"Summary of the buyback including TPV and CRDS taxes\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"tuto-tip\">\n      <strong>\ud83d\udca1 Tip: <\/strong><br \/>\n      The option <strong>Not subject to capital gains tax<\/strong> allows you to indicate whether the item is exempt from capital gains tax.\n    <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>  <!-- \u00c9TAPE 6 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"tuto-step\">\n<div class=\"step-header\">\n      <span class=\"step-number\">6<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"step-title\">Confirm the success of the operation<\/h2>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>\n      A green message <strong>Operation successful<\/strong> appears in the top right corner of the screen. This confirms that the consignment sale has been successfully converted into a buyback. You will now find two documents there:\n    <\/p>\n<p>\n      THE <strong>Redemption voucher<\/strong> newly generated (with the number of items, the PA amount, and the remaining balance due), accompanied by a download icon and an eye icon for viewing. Below, the <strong>Consignment shop<\/strong> The initial data remains archived for traceability purposes.\n    <\/p>\n<p>    <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"step-img\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jewely.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/depot-vente-en-rachat-etape7-documents-lies.webp\" alt=\"Documents related to the buyback agreement and the consignment sale\">\n  <\/div>\n<p>  <!-- \u00c9TAPE 8 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"tuto-step\">\n<div class=\"step-header\">\n      <span class=\"step-number\">8<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"step-title\">View and print the redemption voucher<\/h2>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>\n      Clicking on the eye icon on the redemption voucher opens a PDF preview. This is an official document. <strong>Sales certificate<\/strong> (here <strong>BUYBACK-9<\/strong>) contains all the necessary information: the seller&#039;s contact details, the complete description of the item (brand, reference, materials), the amount including tax, the seller&#039;s identity document number and the details of the taxes paid.\n    <\/p>\n<p>\n      You can <strong>zoom<\/strong>, <strong>download<\/strong> Or <strong>print<\/strong> the document using the buttons at the top of the viewer. You have two options: <strong>Settle the buyout<\/strong> (immediate payment) or <strong>Credit the account<\/strong> (transfer the amount to the seller&#039;s account).\n    <\/p>\n<p>\n      Choose the <strong>payment method<\/strong> In the drop-down menu (Credit card, Bank transfer, Cash\u2026), enter the <strong>Amount<\/strong> to adjust (click on <strong>Max.<\/strong> (to automatically fill in the total amount), check the <strong>Date<\/strong>, then click the button <strong>To validate<\/strong> to finalize the settlement.\n    <\/p>\n<p>    <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"step-img\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jewely.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/depot-vente-en-rachat-etape9-reglement.webp\" alt=\"Payment section with payment method and amount due\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"tuto-tip\">\n      <strong>\ud83d\udca1 Tip: <\/strong><br \/>\n      You can partially pay the seller by entering an amount less than the total. The buyback voucher was automatically generated, including tax calculations (TPV and CRDS).
