The item is then added to your inventory as a used item.\n  <\/p>\n<p>  <!-- PR\u00c9REQUIS --><\/p>\n<div class=\"tuto-prerequisites\">\n    <strong>Before you begin, make sure you have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access to Jewely Retail with rights to the Purchasing module<\/li>\n<li>Information from <strong>occasional seller<\/strong> (name, surname, address, identity document)<\/li>\n<li>THE <strong>ID number<\/strong> from the seller (required for a buyback)<\/li>\n<li>The characteristics of the item to be replaced (family, category, brand, reference, materials)<\/li>\n<li>THE <strong>buyback price excluding VAT<\/strong> agreed with the seller and the <strong>margin coefficient<\/strong> wish<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<p>  <!-- \u00c9TAPE 1 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"tuto-step\">\n<div class=\"step-header\">\n<div class=\"step-number\">1<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"step-title\">Access the Buyback function<\/h2>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"step-text\">\n      From the Jewely Retail dashboard, you have two options to initiate a buyback:\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"step-text\">\n      <strong>From the main menu:<\/strong> click on <strong>PURCHASES<\/strong> in the navigation bar, then select <strong>\u00ab&quot;Consignment sale or purchase of valuable items&quot;\u00bb<\/strong>.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"step-text\">\n      <strong>From the dashboard:<\/strong> click directly on the shortcut <strong>\u00ab&quot;BUYBACK OR CONSIGNMENT SALE&quot;\u00bb<\/strong> bottom right of the grid.\n    <\/p>\n<p>    <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"step-img\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jewely.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/rachat-montre-etape1-tableau-de-bord.webp\" alt=\"Jewely Retail dashboard with the BUYBACK OR CONSIGNMENT shortcut visible at the bottom right\">\n  <\/div>\n<p>  <!-- \u00c9TAPE 2 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"tuto-step\">\n<div class=\"step-header\">\n<div class=\"step-number\">2<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"step-title\">Select the &quot;Buyback&quot; type and choose the seller<\/h2>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"step-text\">\n      A modal window opens. This step is <strong>OBLIGATORY<\/strong> and meets the legal obligations related to the purchase of precious objects.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"step-text\">\n      <strong>ID number:<\/strong> Enter the number shown on the seller&#039;s ID. In our example: <strong>789456123<\/strong>.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"step-text\">\n      <strong>Front and back of the identity document:<\/strong> You can scan or photograph the seller&#039;s ID and drag and drop it into the upload area provided for this purpose.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"step-text\">\n      Click on <strong>\u00ab&quot; Following &quot;\u00bb<\/strong> to move on to the next step.\n    <\/p>\n<p>    <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"step-img\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jewely.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/rachat-montre-etape3-identite-vendeur.webp\" alt=\"Seller Identity Form with ID number 789456123 filled in and the download area\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"tuto-tip\">\n      <strong>\ud83d\udca1 Tip: <\/strong><br \/>\n      This step is specific to buybacks. Please enter the following information:\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"step-text\">\n      <strong>Family :<\/strong> select <strong>\u00ab&quot;Watchmaking&quot;\u00bb<\/strong> in the drop-down menu.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"step-text\">\n      <strong>Category :<\/strong> choose <strong>\u00ab&quot;Watches&quot;\u00bb<\/strong>.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"step-text\">\n      <strong>Reference :<\/strong> Enter the model reference. HT (Purchase Price Excluding Taxes):<\/strong> Enter the buyback price agreed upon with the seller. In our example: <strong>35 000,00 \u20ac<\/strong>.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"step-text\">\n      <strong>Coefficient:<\/strong> Enter the desired margin coefficient. Here: <strong>1,51<\/strong>. THE <strong>Price including VAT<\/strong> is calculated automatically: <strong>53 000,00 \u20ac<\/strong>.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"step-text\">\n      Jewely also calculates the taxes applicable to the buyback: <strong>POS terminal (6 %)<\/strong> : 2 100,00 \u20ac, <strong>CRDS (0.5 %)<\/strong> : 175,00 \u20ac, <strong>Total taxes (6.5 %)<\/strong> \u20ac2,275.00, and the <strong>Cost price (CP)<\/strong> : 37 275,00 \u20ac.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"step-text\">\n      You can also fill in the <strong>Cerfa form<\/strong> and join the <strong>original purchase invoice<\/strong> if the seller has it. The section <strong>\u00ab&quot;Regulations&quot;\u00bb<\/strong> appears in the summary window.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"step-text\">\n      <strong>Payment method :<\/strong> Select the payment method. In our example: <strong>Bank transfer<\/strong>.
