Artificial Intelligence · Jewellery Retail
AI-driven stock entry: your supplier documents are automatically entered into stock, without manual input.
Jewelers, watchmakers, and goldsmiths: upload your supplier's invoice, delivery note, or consignment note. Jewely Retail's AI reads each line, prepares the parts with their reference and serial number, generates the labels, and matches each part to your inventory. You check, you approve.
How it works
Upon receiving a delivery, line-by-line entry is replaced by three actions.
Submit the document
Drag and drop the PDF received from the supplier: invoice, delivery note or consignment note. The document type is automatically recognized.
The AI reads every line
Product, reference, quantity, serial or engraving number, price: everything is recorded and prepared, piece by piece.
You check and confirm
A screen summarizes each part. You correct it if necessary, you validate: the parts enter stock with their label number.
What AI does for you
- Recognizes the document type: invoice, delivery note, or consignment note
- Reads every line, even in a multi-page document
- Include the full reference, even if it is cut off at the end of the line.
- Includes the serial or engraving number of each piece
- Automatically generates label numbers
- Use the recommended retail price printed on the invoice, or apply the brand's markup.
- Identify items reserved for a customer and pending orders
- Distinguishes a restock from a new item and links each piece to the stock
Why this is useful in jewelry and watchmaking
Time given back to the sale
A thirty-line invoice no longer needs to be retyped by hand. End-of-year arrivals or new collections are in the display case faster.
Fewer reference errors
A poorly copied reference number results in a duplicate product listing, an incorrect price, or a part that is impossible to find. Automatic scanning prevents these typos.
A reliable stock upon arrival
Customer orders, reservations, and restocking are linked at the entrance, and the room feeds the electronic police logbook.
You keep control
The AI prepares, you decide. No part is created without going through the validation screen, where every line read remains editable: reference, description, serial number, price. A questionable line is flagged rather than guessed.
