- General presentation:
– Introduction to Jewely ERP and its HBJO business environment
– Navigation in the interface: menus, filters, quick search
– Organization of modules and logic of information circulation
- Basic settings:
– Creation and management of product sheets (jewelry, watches, stones, precious metals)
– Configuration of families, subfamilies, collections and brands
– Setting up taxes (VAT), margins, prices and promotions
– User management and access rights according to profiles
- Inventory management:
– Reception and monitoring of supplier entrustments
– Stock movements: entries, exits, adjustments
– Reservations, partial and global inventories
– Regulatory monitoring: register of precious metals and

- Sales Management:
– Creation and monitoring of quotes, orders and customer invoices

– Creation and monitoring of customer files: contact details, preferences, purchase history
– Management of loyalty cards, vouchers and gift certificates
– Monitoring customer relations: birthdays, targeted communications
– Analysis of purchasing behavior and segmentation
- Transfers between points of sale:
– Organization of internal stock transfers
– Monitoring and validation of shipments and receipts
– Management of discrepancies and control of inter-store movements
- After-sales service (SAV):
– Recording and monitoring of repairs (internal or suppliers)
– Management of custom creations and personalizations
– Monitoring of deadlines and notifications to the client
– Invoicing and closing of after-sales service files
- Exports and reports:
– Generation of accounting and financial exports
– Regulatory reports (NF525, police book, DEB)
– Commercial and analytical dashboards: turnover, margins, sales by product type, brand or seller
– Exports to Excel/CSV for additional analysis
