How to configure email management in Jewely HBJO

Introduction to email management

The section Email management Jewely HBJO allows you to configure automated emails sent by your jewelry ERP: order confirmations, quotes, after-sales service notifications, and customer communications. You can customize email templates and sending parameters.

Configuring the outgoing mail server (SMTP)

  1. Access My account > Email management
  2. Click on SMTP settings
  3. Enter your sending server information:
  • SMTP Server : server address (e.g., smtp.gmail.com)
  • Port : 587 (TLS) or 465 (SSL)
  • Identifier : sender's email address
  • Password : password or application key
  • Sender's name : name displayed in emails (e.g., "Dupont Jewelry")

Email templates available

Jewely HBJO offers pre-configured models for each type of communication:

  • Sales confirmation sent automatically after each sale
  • Sending quotes : quote or estimate sent to the client
  • Customer Service Notification : monitoring of jewelry repairs and workshops
  • Customer follow-up Reminder for pending orders:

Customize an email template

  1. Select the model to modify from the list
  2. Edit the subject and body of the message
  3. Use the available variables: {customer_name}, {amount}, {reference}, {date}
  4. Preview the rendering before saving
  5. Click on Save the template

Advice

  • Test your SMTP settings by sending a test email from the interface.
  • Personalize the designs with your jewelry store's name and logo.
  • Activate automatic confirmations after each sale to build customer loyalty.
