How to manage workshops and after-sales services in Jewely Retail

Configure the workshops

  1. Access After-sales service → Workshop management.
  2. Click on Add a workshop.
  3. Fill in the workshop name or from the partner jeweller.
  4. Add their contact details and the usual delivery time.
  5. Save.

Configure the services

  1. Access Customer Service → Service Management.
  2. Click on Add a service.
  3. Fill in the type of service (repair, crimping, rhodium plating, engraving, etc.).
  4. Define the default price.
  5. Save.

Use during after-sales service

When creating a service record, the configured workshops and services will be available in the drop-down menus.
