How to create a quote / estimate
How to create a quote or estimate in Jewely Retail
Jewely Retail allows you to prepare quotes and estimates for your clients before closing a sale.
Steps
- Access SALES → Quotes / Estimates or click on NEW QUOTE from the dashboard.
- Select the relevant client.
- Add the items and services with their prices.
- Define a expiry date for the quote.
- Click on Save to save the quote.
- Print or email the quote to the client.
Turning a quote into a sale
- Find the quote in SALES → Quotes / Estimates.
- Open the quote and click on Convert to sale.
- Confirm the information and complete the sale.
