How to view and export statistics

Introduction

Jewely includes a statistics module to track your store's performance: revenue, top products, sales trends, etc.

Access statistics

  1. Click on the icon Statistics in the navigation or on Statistics from the dashboard.
  2. Select the desired period.

Statistics available

  • Revenue Total and N-1 comparison
  • Top-selling items
  • Statistics by seller
  • Customer statistics new customers, customer loyalty
  • Statistics by family/brand

Key figures of the day

From the dashboard, click on Key Figures of the Day In summary: revenue, number of sales, average order value.

Export statistics

  1. Configure the time period and filters.
  2. Click on Export and choose the format (Excel / CSV).

Good to know

  • Statistics are available in real time.
  • Filter by point of sale if you manage multiple stores.
