How to send an invoice or quote by email

Jewely allows you to send quotes and invoices directly to clients via email in PDF format, without leaving the ERP interface. Here's how.

1. From the sale or the quote

After finalizing a sale or creating a quote, access the document details (invoice or quote). Click the button. Send by email.

2. Verify the information

Jewely automatically pre-fills:

  • L'’e-mail address of the client (from their record).
  • A personalized message with your store's standard text.
  • There seller's signature and the shop logo.

Check or modify this information as needed.

3. Attach the PDF document

The quote or invoice is automatically attached to the message as a PDF. The layout respects your brand's visual identity (logo, legal notices, contact details).

4. Send

Click on Send. The client receives the email with the document attached. The transmission is tracked in the case history.

Good to know: For after-sales service quotes, the same functionality is available from the After-Sales Service module. You can customize the email text according to the document type in the configuration settings.
