How to manage workshops and after-sales service services

Introduction

Jewely allows you to manage all your after-sales service activities: creating records, tracking workshops, managing services and collecting payments.

Create a customer service record

  1. From the dashboard, click on New after-sales service.
  2. Associate customer service with a customer.
  3. Describe the item delivered and the service requested.
  4. Select the workshop in charge and enter the estimated quote.
  5. Print the deposit slip.

Follow a customer service request

  1. Access After-sales service > List of after-sales service sheets.
  2. Filter by status, workshop, date or client.
  3. Change the status: On hold, In progress, Finished, To be collected.

Managing the workshops

  1. Access After-sales service > Workshop management to create your internal workshops or external partners.

Close and collect payment

  1. Set the customer service status to To be collected to notify the client.
  2. During recovery, click on Close and collect payment.
  3. Adjust the final amount and collect the payment.

Good to know

  • SMS or email notifications can be sent automatically to the customer.
  • Jewely allows you to add a deposit to an ongoing after-sales service.
