Real-time view of customer service departments

A dedicated dashboard displays all after-sales service cases, across all points of sale. For each case: status (awaiting quote, product available), quote status (accepted, refused, pending), brand, operator, point of sale, warranty coverage or free service.

Workshop and service provider management

Match each workshop to one or more brands and suppliers. When a product is sent for after-sales service, the appropriate service provider is automatically selected according to the type of product, ensuring smooth coordination of repair processes.

Complete tracking of the after-sales service case

Upon receipt, Jewely automatically generates a Two-part customer service form One copy is given to the customer as proof of deposit, and the other accompanies the product to the workshop. The service quote can be sent to the customer by email in PDF format.

Customizable services
