Introducing the Police Logbook in Jewely
THE Police Book This is a mandatory legal register for jewelers, watchmakers, and goldsmiths. It records all transactions involving precious objects: sales, purchases, after-sales service, trade-ins, and buybacks. Jewely automates its generation to guarantee your ongoing compliance with current regulations.
Automatic generation
The Police Log is automatically generated from all your recorded transactions in the ERP system: stock entries, sales, After-sales service, buyouts And reprises. Each transaction is time-stamped and tracked without requiring additional manual entry.
Regulatory compliance
The register complies with the legal requirements applicable to jewelry and watch professionals in France. The required information (identification of the item, supplier or customer, date of entry, price) is automatically extracted from the data already present in the ERP system, avoiding any double entry.
Full traceability
Each entry in the Police Log is linked to the original transaction in the ERP system, guaranteeing complete traceability. In the event of an audit, you have a reliable and structured history of all movements of valuables carried out in your stores.
Accessible at any time
The Police Register can be viewed directly from the Jewely interface, accessible to all authorized users. It can be exported for presentation to the authorities or for archiving, from any point of sale in your network.
