How to send a service quote by email

Jewely allows you to send service quotes directly to the customer via email in PDF format from within the ERP interface, without any external tools. Here's how.

1. Access the after-sales service file

In Customer Service > List of Customer Service Departments, Find the relevant file. You can filter by client, status or point of sale to locate it quickly.

2. Create or validate the quote

If the quote has not yet been prepared, enter the services to be performed (selection from the catalog or free text entry) with their prices including VAT. Verify the total amount before sending.

3. Send the quote by email

From the customer service page, click on Send the quote by email. Jewely automatically generates a PDF of the quote and prepares the email with:

  • The customer's email address (from their profile).
  • A personalized message.
  • The seller's signature and the store's logo.

4. Confirm and send

Check the information and click on Send. The customer receives the PDF quote by email and can accept or refuse the repair.

5. Update the quote status

When the customer gives their response, update the quote status in Jewely: Accepted, Denied Or On hold. The customer service record immediately reflects this change in the real-time view.
