How to use the activity log in Jewely HBJO
Presentation of the activity log
THE Activity log Jewely HBJO records all actions performed by employees in the jewelry ERP: sales, stock modifications, configuration changes, connections… It is an essential tool for traceability, internal control and security of your jewelry store.
Access the activity log
- Click on your initials in the top right corner of the Jewely interface
- Select Activity log
- The chronological list of actions is displayed, from the most recent to the oldest.
Recorded information
For each action, the journal indicates:
- Date and time : precise timestamp of the action
- Collaborator : name of the user who performed the action
- Type of action : creation, modification, deletion, connection, etc.
- Module concerned Sales, Stock, After-Sales Service, Customers, Configuration…
- Detail : description of the action (e.g., "Sale #1234 created – Amount €850")
- Point of sale : store from which the action was carried out
Filter and search the log
You can filter the journal entries by:
- Period (start date / end date)
- Specific collaborator
- Type of action (sale, stock, after-sales service, etc.)
- Point of sale
Use Cases
- Internal control : to verify an employee's actions over a given period
- Incident resolution : identify who modified or deleted data
- Audit : produce a complete history of transactions for an accounting or tax audit
Advice
- Check the activity log regularly to detect any anomalies.
- In case of suspected fraud or error, the log makes it possible to identify the action and its author precisely.
