Introducing Jewely's Clients module
The module Customers Jewely centralizes all customer information: complete records, purchase history, credit management, GDPR consents and advanced loyalty tools.
Complete customer records
Each customer record includes contact information, a complete sales history, invoices, payments, credit notes, and after-sales service records. Jewely distinguishes between individual customers and the business clients (companies), with the possibility of switching from one status to another without losing history.
Advanced customer search
Filter your customer database using numerous combinable criteria: name, type, brands purchased, country, postal code, revenue range, sale or creation date. The results can be exported for targeted marketing actions.
RFM score and loyalty
THE RFM score (Recency, Frequency, Monetary value) is automatically calculated over 1, 2, or 3 years for each customer. It allows you to identify the most loyal, active, or re-engaged customers, and to support loyalty programs or reactivation campaigns.
Wishlist and purchase anticipation
Record your customers' desires thanks to the wishlist integrated into each product page. A simple tool to anticipate future purchases and offer personalized deals at the right time.
GDPR Compliance
Manage the marketing consents for each customer (email, mail, SMS/WhatsApp) with complete traceability. Consents are disabled by default (opt-in principle) and recorded with the date and operator.
Merging of records and transfer of advance payment
Combine multiple records for the same client into one consolidated record using the merging of records. THE deposit transfer allows you to transfer all or part of an asset to another client, in a traceable and secure manner.
