How to configure my account in Jewely HBJO

My Account Overview

The section My account In Jewely HBJO, you can manage the personal information of the logged-in administrator as well as the application's general preferences. Access this via the menu in the upper right corner of the interface by clicking on your initials.

Account information

In this section, you can edit:

• First and last name : the identity information displayed in the Jewely ERP
• E-mail address : used for notifications and login
• Password : change login password
• Language : interface language selection

Change your password

To change your password in Jewely HBJO:

1. Click on your initials in the top right corner of the interface
2. Select My account
3. In the "Security" section, enter your current password.
4. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters recommended)
5. Confirm the new password
6. Click on Save

Display preferences

You can customize the display of your Jewely Retail interface from My Account: choice of default point of sale, date format, currency displayed.

Advice

• Use a strong password that includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your login credentials with another colleague.
• If you have lost your password, contact your Super Admin or Jewely support.
