How to use the JET module in Jewely HBJO

Introduction to the JET module

The module JET Jewely HBJO's (Jewelry Exchange Tool) is a data import/export and exchange tool for your jewelry ERP and third-party systems (accounting software, e-commerce platforms, partners, etc.). It automates data transfers and increases productivity.

Access the JET module

1. Click on your initials in the top right corner of the Jewely HBJO interface
2. Select JET in the drop-down menu

Main features

Data import

The JET module allows importing into Jewely HBJO:

• Catalogue items Bulk import of product sheets from a CSV or Excel file
• Customer file importing the customer database from a previous software
• Supplier prices automatic update of purchase prices
• Inventory import of stock quantities

Data export

Export your Jewely data to other systems:

• Accounting export Sales journal in FEC, CSV or EBP/Sage/Ciel compatible format: Sales journal
• Export catalog List of items for an e-commerce platform or partner
• Export customers : customer database for an external marketing or CRM tool

Perform an import

1. In the JET module, select the import type (Items, Customers, etc.)
2. Download the file template provided by Jewely
3. Fill in the file with your data, respecting the format
4. Import the file into JET
5. Check for any reported errors before confirming the import.
6. Confirm to integrate the data into your jewelry ERP.
