The module Statistics and Indicators Jewely gives you a complete, real-time view of your business performance. Interactive dashboard, detailed sales analysis, inventory tracking, and customer indicators: everything is centralized for effective management.
Sales dashboard
Monitor key indicators in real time: revenue (excluding/including VAT), margin, average order value, sales volume, returns, after-sales service, and trade-ins. interactive graphics allow performance analysis by brand, product type and category, with filters by period, point of sale and operator.
Key figures of the day
A summary dashboard presents daily revenue, margin generated, average basket size, sales volume, buybacks, repairs and total payments collected.
Detailed sales analysis
L'’sales survey Allows you to analyze daily sales on a ticket-by-ticket basis: items sold, discounts applied, markups, margins, and pre-tax/post-tax amounts. CSV export available for external processing.
Stock and turnover tracking
View product availability (reserved, consignment, or on order items), analyze the stock rotations month by month over 12 rolling months, and compare actual stock and ideal stock per point of sale.
Customer statistics
For each client, view the number of sales, cumulative revenue, outstanding balances (credits, loans, deposits), and the RFM score (Recency, Frequency, Amount) out of 5 points to assess engagement and loyalty.
KPI produced
Find key indicators for each item: average stock level in days, date of last stock entry, and date the record was created. This valuable data will help you manage your product ranges and purchasing decisions.
