Introducing the Jewely Configuration module

The module Configuration Jewely allows you to configure the entire ERP according to the specifics of your jewelry store: points of sale, users, payment methods, taxes, types of sales and much more.

Multi-store management

Jewely is designed for jewelry store chains. Manage multiple points of sale from a single interface, with separate settings for each store: cash register funds, payment methods, POS terminals, authorized sales types and applicable taxes.

Multi-company management

Pilot multiple legal entities within the same Jewely environment. Each company has its own settings: sales documents, accounting journals and product catalogue.

Payment methods and terminals

Configure the payment methods Accepted payment methods per point of sale (bank card, cash, checks, bank transfers, Alma, etc.) and associate each method with an accounting code. Record your payment terminals (POS terminal) per store for precise monitoring of cash receipts.

Tax management

Define specific taxes per point of sale, product type and status (new/used): reduced rates, HBJOAT tax, capital gains tax, VAT on margin… Each tax can be customized with a mention to be included on invoices.

User and collaborator management

Create accounts for each collaborator, Define their access rights and associate them with one or more points of sale. activity log It tracks all actions performed in the ERP (creations, modifications, deletions) for optimal security and traceability.

Interface and ergonomics

Jewelly is available in French and English, with a light or dark theme depending on each user's preferences. The touch interface is optimized for iPad and can be used in full screen like a native application (WebApp). sandbox mode allows you to train your teams without impacting real data.
