How to conduct an inventory
How to perform an inventory in Jewely Retail
The inventory allows you to compare the theoretical stock (in the software) with the actual physical stock.
Start an inventory
- Access STOCK → Inventory.
- Select the inventory type : complete or partial (by family, brand, etc.).
- Export the list of items or print it.
- Physically count the items in the store.
- Enter the actual quantities in Jewely.
- The software automatically calculates the gaps.
- Validate the inventory to update the stock.
Advice
- Conduct the inventory outside of opening hours to avoid disruptions.
- Jewelly generates a variance report that you can print.
