How to manage collaborators in Jewely HBJO

Introducing the team

The section Collaborators Jewely HBJO allows you to manage all users of your jewelry ERP: account creation, role assignment and access management by point of sale.

Add a collaborator

  1. Access My account > Collaborators
  2. Click the button Add a collaborator
  3. Please provide the required information: first name, last name, email address
  4. Assign a role (salesperson, manager, accountant, etc.)
  5. Select the(s) points of sale to which the employee has access
  6. Click on Create an account

An invitation email is automatically sent to the collaborator with their login details.

Edit an existing collaborator

To modify a collaborator's information or access rights:

  1. In the list of collaborators, click on the collaborator's name.
  2. Modify the desired information (role, points of sale, email)
  3. Save the changes

Deactivate or delete a collaborator

If an employee leaves, immediately deactivate their access:

  1. Select the collaborator from the list
  2. Click on Disable to revoke access without deleting history
  3. Or click on DELETE for permanent (irreversible) erasure

Advice

  • Deactivate an employee's account as soon as they leave the company.
  • Assign only the necessary rights to each role (principle of least privilege).
  • An employee can be assigned to several points of sale simultaneously.
