How to create a customer service record in Jewely Retail

The SAV (After-Sales Service) module allows you to manage repairs and work entrusted by customers.

Create a new customer service record

  1. Access Customer Service → New Customer Service page or click on NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE from the dashboard.
  2. Select or create the customer.
  3. Describe the’article entrusted (type, material, description of the item).
  4. Enter the work requested (repair, crimping, rhodium plating, engraving…).
  5. Choose the’workshop or the service provider.
  6. Define the after-sales service quote if necessary.
  7. Define the expected return date.
  8. Print it customer service drop-off receipt for the client.

Track the progress of a customer service request

  1. Access Customer Service → List of Customer Service forms or click on CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  2. Filter by status (in progress, completed, ready, delivered…).
  3. Open the record to change the status or add notes.
